Consultation

Event Fundraising Consultation

A data-driven strategic review of your event fundraising history — available to nonprofit organizations anywhere in the United States.

Most nonprofit organizations rely on instinct and tradition when planning their annual fundraising events. Items that underperform get re-run. Appeals that plateau go unchanged. Revenue that should be growing stays flat — and no one knows exactly why.

Capital Benefit Auctions built a proprietary analytics engine to change that. We ingest your historical fundraising data, surface the patterns that are invisible year to year, and deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap for what to do differently.

What you receive

Four deliverables, built on your data.

Multi-Year Data Analysis

We analyze up to four years of your event fundraising records — live auction results, silent auction performance, fund-a-need totals, and donor participation rates — through the Capital Benefit Auctions analytics engine. This surfaces trends, patterns, and anomalies that a single year's results cannot reveal.

Written Recommendations Report

You receive a professionally prepared written document identifying your highest-priority opportunities for revenue growth. Recommendations are specific, sequenced, and grounded in your own data — not generic best practices.

Analytics Printout Package

A printed package of your analytics dashboard screenshots alongside the underlying data tables used in the analysis. Your leadership team walks away with a permanent reference document for planning discussions.

One-Hour Strategic Presentation

We present our findings and recommendations in a focused one-hour video conference session. This is a working meeting — come with questions.

If our recommendations help your organization recover $2,000–$3,000 in event revenue you were leaving on the table, the consultation pays for itself many times over.
